Siraya Review
Siraya is a good starting point if you feel unsure about beginning therapy. A free 15-minute discovery call gives you a chance to meet a psychologist and discuss your concerns before paying. Online and Mumbai appointments offer a choice of setting. The introduction makes that first step easier, but ongoing therapy requires separate paid sessions.

Client feedback & practical limitations
- What clients appreciate
Clients praise patient listening, useful feedback and an approachable manner that makes it easier to start talking.
- Practical limitation
The free call lasts 15 minutes and is an introduction; a full therapy session needs a separate booking.
Is Siraya good value for money?
The free introduction lowers the commitment of trying the practice. The 15-minute discovery call costs nothing and lets you discuss your needs before buying a therapy session. Ongoing appointments are paid separately. Its main financial benefit is being able to meet a psychologist first, rather than paying for a full session just to make that initial introduction.
Cancellation & Refunds
A missed session is charged in full, including arrival more than 15 minutes late without notice. For cancellations inside 24 hours, the terms conflict: one part says half the fee, while another says the full fee.
