Cancellation & Refunds
With at least 24 hours’ notice, a consultation can be rescheduled without charge or cancelled for credit or a refund of the amount paid. Later changes lose the payment. Purchases have one-year validity.
Unused paid package sessions can be refunded under the policy; bonus sessions cannot. Approved cash refunds are processed within 14 days, with possible additional bank time. App subscriptions have separate store rules.
