Cancellation & Refunds
The dedicated refund policy offers a 50% refund for a session cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand; later cancellation or a no-show forfeits the fee. Rescheduling also requires 48 hours’ notice. Being more than ten minutes late without notice can count as a missed appointment.
Packages have stricter conditions: no refunds or transfers, with a six-month limit for the 12-session package. The refund rule for a single appointment does not apply to these packages.
